•Equipment Installation & Upgrades: Assist in the installation, setup, and modification of new and existing packaging equipment. Work closely with the engineering team to implement necessary upgrades, ensuring machinery operates at peak performance.
•Technical Expertise & Training: Serve as a technical expert for packaging equipment, providing hands-on training and guidance to junior technicians and production staff. Stay updated on the latest industry developments and technologies to continuously improve maintenance processes.
•Safety & Compliance: Ensure all maintenance activities comply with industry standards, including FDA, ISO, and OSHA regulations. Utilize a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to maintain accurate records of all maintenance tasks, repairs, and inspections.

Qualifications:

•Education: Associate’s Degree in Applied Science (AAT/AAS) in Electronics, Electromechanics, or a related technical field. Certifications in equipment maintenance, industrial technology, or a related discipline are highly desirable.
•Experience: At least 3-5 years of hands-on experience in equipment maintenance within a manufacturing or packaging environment. Experience with PLC programming, robotics, and automation systems is strongly preferred.
•Technical Skills: Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing complex mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems. Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, schematics, and manuals. Familiarity with safety procedures, including Lockout-Tagout (LOTO) protocols.
